If anything, the point of the issue seems to be 'why Clint actually killing Osborn would have been wrong,' but it doesn't make much of an argument besides 'people would have been pissed off!

Without Osborn, there would have been no "Siege," so what happens instead? Who takes over for him? What happens to the Super Human Registration Act? What happens when Steve Rogers returns?
